Helps me eat millets with ease

I got curious about the "sprouted" part of this millet flakes. While they looked usual but certainly feels lighter than other millet things available in market. Also it's quick & convenient to make poha out of it. The detailed instructions on the pack certainly helps

good option for people with diabetes

I found this as a good option for my mother in law who is diabetic. Its easy to make and convenient. As this is her breakfast item her insulin spike is much less through the day. We mostly make it as poha.

easy way to eat millets

I tried eating millets in multiple ways - roti, khichdi, dosa etc. Except for Ragi dosa I felt all the other methods were difficult as millets are hard to chew & at least I felt they were heavy on tummy.
This version of Local Sparrow milletsI noticed were sprouted& were convenient to make as Poha. IT was easy to make & hence convenient for me to add various kinds of millets to my daily diet.
