We bring in same year spice harvests and our oils are extracted in small batches to retain freshness, flavour and nutritional profile. Our spices and seeds are strong on aroma and flavour profile. Every spice and oil that we bring to you is a result of multiple tasting sessions, field visits and a host of quality benchmarks. The quality of our produce is not based on asthetics alone but the source, farming and extraction practices, taste and aroma.

Are your products 100% natural and pure?

Yes. Our products are free of any kind of preservatives, coloring agents, adulterants and additives. We would encourage you to read the description section of the products you are interested in to know more about the product source, farming and extraction practices.

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be delivered anywhere between 2-7 days after we ship your order depending on your location. For more information on shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of where your order is within your account. You will get a confirmation email once your order is placed. You will get an SMS once your order is shipped and then another SMS with details of delivery partner.

My item arrived broken/ damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to know this! Please send us an email to contact@localsparrow.com with the item details, order number and photo of the broken items and we will address this.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand if you need to cancel your order for any reason. However, we can cancel your order only until the shipping label is not printed. Once it is printed, we will not be able to accept cancellation requests.
