Cold Pressed Mustard Oil

Our mustard oil is made from organically grown mustard seeds. The oil is extracted using cold pressed oil extraction method. It is then filtered to remove any sediments or starch. The color of the oil may vary from batch to batch depending on the seeds which is completely normal. We do not add any colors or flavours to bring in an artificial consistency in our products. Our oils are made in small batches and tested to meet nutritional guidelines.

Cold pressed mustard oil can be used for all kinds of cooking including deep frying. It is extensively used in making pickles for its distinct taste and aroma. It has been also used traditionally for skin and hair massages and for massages of new born babies. The Vitamin E in it is excellent for all hair concerns and the amazing nutritonal profile it has, makes it a perfect choice for cooking.
